Radio San Lazaro was initially conceived by Haven Daye. Haven has always been passionate about science, science fiction, fiction in general, and the use of language to convey deep meaning. They have been writing short-form for years and also have considerable experience in amateur audio engineering -- serialized audio fiction seemed a blending of many of their interests.This was their first idea for an audio drama, but they decided it was too ambitious for a first project and so made Clinical Space first (which you should also check out!).
